Hello all! Some months ago, I decided that I'd like to share a few of my favorite houses with the Sims community. All the houses here are ones I absolutely love. Your taste, however, may vary. When I started out I tried to deliberately avoid using donation files or objects that were, for whatever reason, no longer available. That didn't always work out. Simbella's forum and Seabree's forum are closed, but you can still get a lot of stuff from N99 and from The Coconut Hut.

Each zip file includes the house file (e.g. House08.iff), a shopping list, and about 20 pictures. If you have any questions, or if something is credited wrongly, feel free to shoot me an email. Also note that I have all expansion packs except Makin' Magic. Enjoy!

08 - Maxine's Place
One of my absolute favorite lots. The floorplan was based on a boat house.

10 - Roomie Remodeled
Most of the objects in this house come from Spiralbound Sims.

57 - N99 Challenge
This house was built as part of a challenge at the N99 POBS forum. Requires Unleashed.

03 - Bella Beach
This was originally an entry in a contest at the Simbella forum.

08 - Coastal Cool
I tried to keep this lot easy and breezy.

10 - Summerbreeze
This house is designed around Colorized Sims Summerbreeze sets.
